Platform Rules and Conditions of Use

1. Purpose of Hubbolla

Hubbolla is a community football platform designed to help players, teams and organisers connect, create games, join matches and participate in football-related activities.

Hubbolla is a coordination platform only. Hubbolla does not operate as a football club, sporting association, venue owner, event organiser, betting provider, payment agent, medical provider or transport provider.

2. Acceptance of Rules

By registering, accessing or using Hubbolla, users agree to follow these Rules and Conditions of Use. If a user does not agree, they must not use the platform.

Hubbolla may update these rules from time to time. Continued use of the platform means the user accepts the updated rules.

3. User Eligibility, Minors and Parent / Guardian Consent

Hubbolla accounts require a minimum age of 13, or the higher minimum age required by law in the user's country (for example, 14 in Spain, 15 in France, or 16 in some jurisdictions). By creating an account you confirm that you meet the applicable minimum age.

Users aged 18 or older may register independently and have full legal capacity to accept these Terms.

Users aged 13 to 17 ("minors") may use Hubbolla only where a parent or legal guardian:

• has read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy on the minor's behalf;
• has provided their own full name and email address (and, where possible, phone number) in the minor's Hubbolla profile;
• has ticked the guardian consent box in the profile before the minor joins any match or uses interactive features; and
• accepts responsibility for supervising the minor's participation in games arranged through Hubbolla, including attendance, transport to and from venues, and communication with other users.

Hubbolla does not chaperone, supervise or safeguard players at matches. Supervision of any minor before, during and after a game is the sole responsibility of the parent or legal guardian and, where applicable, the match organiser.

Hubbolla may at any time request additional verification of guardian consent (for example, by contacting the guardian on the email or phone provided). If we cannot confirm guardian consent, we may suspend or remove the account.

A parent or legal guardian may request removal of a minor's account, deletion of their data, or withdrawal of consent at any time by contacting gaffer@hubbolla.com.

Hubbolla does not knowingly allow registration by anyone under the applicable minimum age. Accounts found to belong to users below the minimum age, or minor accounts lacking documented guardian consent, will be suspended or removed.

During registration, every user must tick the following confirmations before an account can be created:

☐ I confirm that I am at least 13 years of age (or the higher minimum age required by law in my country).

☐ If I am under 18, my parent or legal guardian has read the Terms and Privacy Policy, consents to my registration, and will complete the guardian details in my profile.

Users must provide accurate and truthful registration information. Users must not create fake accounts, impersonate another person, misrepresent their age or identity, or use another person's details without permission.

4. User Responsibilities

Each user is responsible for their own conduct, safety, participation and decision to attend any game or activity arranged through Hubbolla.

Users agree to:

• Treat other players, organisers and venue staff respectfully.
• Attend games they have confirmed unless they cancel within a reasonable time.
• Provide truthful information about their availability, skill level, position and experience.
• Follow the rules of the game, venue rules and any reasonable organiser instructions.
• Act safely and responsibly before, during and after each game.
• Avoid abusive, discriminatory, threatening, harassing or violent behaviour.
• Not use Hubbolla for any illegal, unsafe or harmful activity.

5. Role of Game Organisers

Game organisers are responsible for creating accurate game listings.

Organisers must ensure that:

• The game date, time and location are accurate.
• The venue has been booked or is legally available for use.
• Players are clearly informed if the venue booking is confirmed or pending.
• Any player fee, contribution or cost is clearly disclosed.
• The game is conducted in a safe, respectful and lawful manner.
• Any changes, cancellations or venue issues are communicated promptly.

Organisers acknowledge that Hubbolla does not book, reserve, control or manage venues in the MVP version of the platform.

6. Venue Booking Disclaimer

Hubbolla does not book, reserve, manage, own, operate or control any football fields, futsal courts, indoor venues, outdoor venues, parks, schools, clubs or sporting facilities listed on the platform.

All venue bookings, permissions, permits, payments, cancellations and venue-related arrangements are the responsibility of the organiser, team or participating users.

Users must not assume that a venue is available simply because it appears on Hubbolla.

Hubbolla is not responsible for:

• Venue availability.
• Venue cancellation.
• Double bookings.
• Venue fees.
• Facility conditions.
• Access issues.
• Injuries caused by venue condition.
• Disputes between users and venue owners.
• Any failure by organisers to book or secure a venue.

7. Participation Risk and Injury Disclaimer

Football and futsal involve physical activity and risk. Injuries may occur, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, collisions, falls, heat-related illness and other physical harm.

Users participate at their own risk.

By using Hubbolla, users acknowledge that:

• They are responsible for assessing their own fitness and ability to participate.
• They should not participate if medically unfit, injured or advised not to play.
• They are responsible for obtaining medical advice where required.
• They are responsible for their own sporting equipment, footwear and protective gear.
• Hubbolla is not liable for injuries, accidents, loss or damage arising from participation in games arranged through the platform.

Users are encouraged to have appropriate personal health insurance, sports insurance or other coverage before participating.

8. No Employment, Agency or Club Relationship

Use of Hubbolla does not create an employment, agency, partnership, club membership or formal sporting association relationship between Hubbolla and any user.

Organisers and players act independently. Hubbolla provides technology to assist with connection and coordination only.

9. Player Ratings and Reviews

After a game, users may rate other players based on categories such as reliability, teamwork, sportsmanship and overall participation.

Ratings must be honest, fair and based on actual participation.

Users must not:

• Post false reviews.
• Defame, insult or harass other users.
• Use ratings for bullying or discrimination.
• Manipulate ratings using fake accounts.
• Retaliate against users through unfair ratings.

Hubbolla may remove, hide, edit or investigate ratings that appear abusive, false, discriminatory, misleading or harmful.

Hubbolla does not guarantee that ratings are accurate, complete or reliable.

10. Privacy and Personal Information

Hubbolla may collect personal information needed to operate the platform, including user name, contact details, location, football position, skill level, availability, profile information, ratings and uploaded content.

Hubbolla will use personal information for purposes such as:

• Creating and managing user accounts.
• Connecting players and organisers.
• Showing relevant games.
• Sending notifications and reminders.
• Improving safety and user experience.
• Managing disputes, reports and platform misuse.
• Complying with legal obligations.

Hubbolla will take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure.

Users should not upload or share sensitive personal information unless necessary.

Hubbolla may prepare a separate Privacy Policy explaining how personal information is collected, used, stored, shared and deleted.

11. Location Data

Hubbolla may use location information to help users find games, venues and players nearby.

Users must only use location features lawfully and respectfully. Users must not use Hubbolla to stalk, track, intimidate or harass another person.

Hubbolla may allow users to manage location visibility through privacy settings where technically available.

12. User Content

Users may upload or submit content including profile photos, match photos, videos, comments, ratings, messages, statistics and game details.

Users are responsible for all content they upload or submit.

Users must not upload content that:

• They do not own or have permission to use.
• Infringes copyright, trade marks, privacy rights or other rights.
• Contains illegal, offensive, hateful, abusive, pornographic or violent material.
• Shows a person without appropriate consent where consent is required.
• Contains private information about another person.
• Promotes gambling, betting, illegal substances, violence or criminal activity.
• Misleads users or impersonates another person or organisation.

Hubbolla may remove content at its discretion if it breaches these rules or may expose Hubbolla, users or the public to risk.

13. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Users must only upload content they own or are legally allowed to use.

Users must not copy, upload, publish, stream or share copyrighted photos, videos, logos, music, articles, match broadcasts, club materials or third-party content without permission.

By uploading content to Hubbolla, the user confirms that:

• They own the content or have permission to use it.
• The content does not infringe any third-party rights.
• They grant Hubbolla permission to display, store, reproduce and share the content within the platform for platform-related purposes.

Hubbolla owns or licenses its platform name, logo, design, software, branding, layout and original content. Users must not copy, reproduce, reverse engineer or misuse Hubbolla intellectual property without written permission.

14. No Betting, Gambling or Wagering

Hubbolla must not be used for betting, gambling, wagering or unlawful financial activity.

Users must not:

• Create or promote betting markets.
• Place bets on games or player performance.
• Organise gambling pools.
• Promote gambling websites or betting services.
• Use Hubbolla ratings, statistics or match data for unlawful betting.
• Encourage minors to gamble.
• Collect money for gambling or wagering purposes.

Any account suspected of gambling-related activity may be suspended or removed.

Hubbolla may report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.

15. Payments Between Users

Hubbolla does not process venue payments, match fees or player contributions.

If organisers collect money from players outside the platform, they do so independently and at their own risk.

Organisers must clearly disclose any costs before players join a game.

Hubbolla is not responsible for:

• Payment disputes.
• Refunds.
• Unpaid fees.
• Misuse of collected money.
• Venue payment failures.
• Private payment arrangements between users.

Future payment features may be subject to separate terms.

16. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use Hubbolla to:

• Conduct illegal activities.
• Promote betting, gambling or wagering.
• Harass, threaten, abuse or discriminate against others.
• Share offensive, hateful or violent content.
• Upload copyrighted content without permission.
• Spread spam, scams or fraudulent messages.
• Collect user data without consent.
• Sell fake services or misrepresent venue availability.
• Promote unsafe or unauthorised events.
• Impersonate clubs, venues, players, referees or organisations.
• Damage, hack, overload or interfere with the platform.
• Use bots, scrapers or automated tools without permission.
• Encourage violence, unsafe play or criminal behaviour.

16a. Non-Discrimination and Gender on Hubbolla

Hubbolla is committed to inclusive football. Players self-describe their gender (Male, Female, Non-binary, Prefer not to say) on their profile only so they can be matched with the right type of game.

Mixed / Open matches are open to all players regardless of gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, disability or background. They are the default game type on Hubbolla.

Organisers may create Men's-only or Women's-only matches strictly for legitimate sporting reasons (for example, a Men's or Women's league, cup or training session). Such matches must:

• Have a clear sporting purpose linked to a recognised single-gender competition or training need.
• Not be used to exclude, harass or discriminate against any individual or group.
• Be accurately described so players are not misled.

Using gender-specific matches as a cover for discrimination, harassment or exclusion is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or permanent removal from Hubbolla.

Hubbolla does not discriminate on the basis of gender identity, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected characteristic.

17. Safety and Conduct

Users must behave respectfully and safely at all times.

Hubbolla may suspend or remove users who:

• Repeatedly fail to attend confirmed games.
• Behave aggressively or dangerously.
• Receive serious complaints.
• Misuse ratings or reviews.
• Harass other users.
• Breach platform rules.
• Create safety risks for others.

Hubbolla may cooperate with venue owners, organisers or authorities where serious misconduct, injury, threats or unlawful activity is reported.

18. Moderation and Enforcement

Hubbolla may review, moderate, remove or restrict content, games, profiles, ratings or accounts at its discretion.

Hubbolla may take action including:

• Warning the user.
• Removing content.
• Cancelling or hiding game listings.
• Restricting features.
• Suspending the account.
• Permanently banning the user.
• Reporting serious matters to authorities.

Hubbolla is not required to provide advance notice before taking action where safety, legal compliance or platform integrity is at risk.

19. Disputes Between Users

Users are encouraged to resolve minor issues respectfully.

Hubbolla may assist with disputes but is not required to resolve disagreements between users, organisers, teams or venue owners.

Hubbolla is not responsible for disputes relating to:

• Player selection.
• Game outcomes.
• Ratings.
• Fees.
• Venue bookings.
• Team decisions.
• Injuries.
• Personal disagreements.
• Private arrangements made outside the platform.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hubbolla and its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors and service providers are not liable for any loss, injury, damage, claim, cost or expense arising from:

• User participation in games.
• Venue issues.
• User misconduct.
• Incorrect game information.
• Failed attendance or no-shows.
• Private payment disputes.
• Injuries or accidents.
• Uploaded content.
• Ratings and reviews.
• Technical interruptions.
• Unauthorised use of user accounts.
• Third-party services such as maps, calendars, email, payment apps or venue systems.

Nothing in these rules excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

21. No Guarantee of Availability or Accuracy

Hubbolla aims to provide a useful and reliable platform but does not guarantee that:

• The platform will always be available.
• All game information is accurate.
• Players will attend.
• Games will proceed.
• Venues will be available.
• Ratings are accurate.
• Users are who they claim to be.
• Matches will be safe or suitable for all users.

Users must make their own judgement before attending any game.

22. Third-Party Links and Services

Hubbolla may use or link to third-party services such as Google Maps, calendar tools, venue websites, communication apps or payment platforms.

Hubbolla is not responsible for third-party services, websites, content, errors, outages, privacy practices or terms.

Users access third-party services at their own risk.

23. Account Suspension and Termination

Hubbolla may suspend, restrict or terminate any account if the user:

• Breaches these rules.
• Creates safety concerns.
• Misuses the platform.
• Provides false information.
• Engages in unlawful activity.
• Harasses or threatens others.
• Uploads prohibited content.
• Uses the platform for gambling or betting.
• Damages the reputation, security or operation of Hubbolla.

Users may request account deletion, subject to any legal or operational record-keeping requirements.

24. Reporting Concerns

Users should report:

• Unsafe behaviour.
• Harassment.
• Fake profiles.
• Illegal activity.
• Copyright infringement.
• Gambling or betting activity.
• Abusive ratings.
• Misleading venue listings.
• Privacy concerns.
• Any serious misconduct.

Hubbolla may investigate reports and take appropriate action.

25. Legal Compliance

Users must comply with all applicable laws, venue rules, sporting rules and community standards.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their conduct, content, game arrangements and payment arrangements are lawful.

Hubbolla may cooperate with lawful requests from regulators, authorities or courts.
