Hubbolla is an online platform that helps football players and organisers connect by creating games, joining games and managing football activities within their local communities.
Hubbolla is a player connection platform only.
Hubbolla does not own, operate or manage football venues, sporting facilities or football clubs, nor does it arrange venue bookings on behalf of users.
3. Information We Collect
We only collect information that is reasonably necessary to operate Hubbolla.
Information you provide
When creating an account, you may provide:

- Email address
- Password
- Profile photograph (optional)
- Preferred football position
- Skill level
- City or suburb
- Availability for games
When using Hubbolla you may also provide:

- Player ratings

6. Player Profiles
Your player profile allows other registered Hubbolla users to learn more about you before joining a game.

- Gender (optional, self-described — used only to match you with Men's, Women's or Mixed/Open games)
- Games played
- Average player rating
Your email address and password are never displayed publicly.
Only registered Hubbolla users can view player profiles.
Hubbolla is an inclusive platform and does not discriminate on the basis of gender, race, religion, age, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected characteristic. Mixed / Open matches are the default game type and are open to everyone.
7. Player Ratings
After participating in a game, players may rate each other.
Ratings help improve trust within the Hubbolla community.
Ratings should always be:
- fair;
- respectful;
- based on actual participation; and
- free from harassment or discrimination.
Hubbolla may remove ratings that breach our Community Guidelines.
8. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Hubbolla uses cookies and similar technologies to:

- remember your preferences;

- maintain security; and
- understand how users interact with the platform.

13. Children's Privacy, Minors and Parent / Guardian Consent
Hubbolla accounts require a minimum age of 13, or the higher minimum age required by applicable law in the user's country. Hubbolla does not knowingly collect personal information from children under this minimum age.
Users aged 13 to 17 ("minors") may only use Hubbolla with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Before a minor may save their profile or join a match, the guardian must:
- provide their own full name and email address (phone recommended) in the minor's Hubbolla profile;
- tick the guardian consent box confirming they have read and accepted the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy on the minor's behalf; and
- accept responsibility for supervising the minor's participation in matches arranged through Hubbolla.
How we handle guardian information
- Guardian name, email and phone are stored securely and are not shown on the minor's public player profile.
- Guardian details are used only for safeguarding, verification of consent, and to contact the guardian about the minor's account.
- Hubbolla may contact the guardian on the email or phone provided to verify consent. If consent cannot be verified, the account may be suspended or removed.
Rights of the parent / legal guardian
- review the information Hubbolla holds about the minor;
- request correction or deletion of the minor's data;
- withdraw consent at any time (which will result in the minor's account being closed); and
- contact us at gaffer@hubbolla.com to exercise any of these rights.
Hubbolla does not chaperone, supervise or safeguard players at matches. Supervision of any minor before, during and after a game is the sole responsibility of the parent or legal guardian and, where applicable, the match organiser.
If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child under the minimum age, or from a minor without valid guardian consent, we will remove the account and delete the information where appropriate.
Parents or guardians who believe a child has registered without appropriate consent should contact gaffer@hubbolla.com.
14. International Users
Hubbolla may be accessed from different countries.
Your information may be stored or processed in locations where Hubbolla or its service providers operate.
Where information is transferred internationally, Hubbolla will take reasonable steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place and that personal information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
